If in the unlikely circumstance you need to cancel an order or return an item(s)

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Iconicc Boutique for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, BEFORE the order is fulfilled & dispatched.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.

Return or exchange an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original unworn condition within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / style if preferred. If Item(s) have been purchased through a discount code or at sale price, item(s) can only be replaced and NOT refunded. However delivery charges are only refundable if you have received goods that are are faulty and a refund is made.

Please note that our items are costume jewellery (reflected in the pricepoint) and do not come with a guarantee. If an item is damaged in transit OR within the first 7 days after signing for we will provide a straight swap however anything longer is unable to be replaced by STACCD personally. An item that has been replaced once for damage/fault cannot be replaced again or refunded.

Please note once an item goes on final sale that will be the amount that can be refunded despite it being purchased at full price. Please also note final sale items are non refundable.

STACCD has the right to refuse any improper returns when then item(s) are not sent back in the original condition. You will be notified of this via email or phone call when necessary. 

Please Note - 

  • earrings and swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
  • special order items are non refundable 

For overseas customers, particularly Australia/New Zealand, due to waiting long waiting periods for shipping crediting sales back or in-store credit can be made available on request. 

Please note:

The item (s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and is trackable.


The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. 

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.

The item is the customers responsibility and will only be replaced/refunded upon receipt so we advise if returning an item please send tracked & signed.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

If your order has taken longer than a week (after dispatch email) to arrive (UK) two weeks (International) from dispatch, feel free to contact us and we will be able to inform you further.

I received the wrong item:

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
